Situated on a quiet residential street, the private entrance leads to three floors of self-catering apartments and studios. Each unit includes a private bathroom with a toilet and shower, a kitchenette with a refrigerator and cooking unit, and a private balcony.
All accommodations are spacious, well-decorated, and maintained to a high standard, providing modern amenities and ample space for guests.
The studios accommodate two to three guests, with a double bed and an additional single bed. A fourth bed can be added upon request. The kitchenette is located within the studio room. Each studio has a private balcony with mountain views.
The two-room apartments, separated by a small hallway containing the spacious bathroom, feature a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with two twin beds. The kitchenette is located in the living area. A private balcony, accessible from both rooms, offers mountain views. The apartments comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
The owner provides regular cleaning for all studios and apartments.
